RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service.After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return‑shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for your return:
  1. Customer‑initiated return (change of mind, wrong size / color, personal dislike):

    You are responsible for all return‑shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non‑refundable.
  2. Defective item, wrong item shipped, missing parts (our error):

    We will cover the return‑shipping cost. We will provide a valid return label after verification.
  3. Item damaged during transit:

    Please provide photos of damaged goods and outer package within 30 days upon receipt. Once confirmed, we bear the return‑shipping expense.
  4. Undelivered / Refused parcel:

    If you refuse delivery without product‑related issues, return‑shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Important: All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team. If you need a refund, please contact customer service first.
Calculating Return Shipping Costs
Buyer pays all return‑shipping costs for non‑quality‑related returns.

Estimated cross‑border return‑shipping fees for returns from the U.S. to Dongguan, China: Standard small‑size parcels (0.22‑11 lbs): $20‑$45 USD/item; Large or oversized‑heavy parcels: $45‑$90 USD/item. Exact cost is determined by weight, dimensions, dimensional weight and carrier surcharges. Displayed estimates are for U.S. origin shipments only. Items are physically returned cross‑border to Dongguan, China, and not eligible for local domestic return rates.


REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please note that funds may take an additional 1‑7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing schedule. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • perishable items
  • intimates
  • gift cards
  • custom items
  • digital products

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
